5S Signs is a workplace organization and safety signage company. We design, produce, and ship standard and custom organization products, including 5S shapes, floor signs, floor tape, overhead signs, shadow boards, whiteboard overlays, and branded apparel, to warehouses, distribution centers, e-commerce fulfillment operations, and other businesses across the United States.

2a. Information You Provide to Us (Identity, Contact, and Order Data)

We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you contact us, request a quote or samples, place an order, or communicate with our team. This may include:

  • Phone number and mobile phone number
  • Business name and job title
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Order details, product specifications, and any artwork or logos you submit for custom products

Squarespace. Our Site and online store are hosted on Squarespace. Squarespace collects device and usage information and processes order and account data on our behalf as a service provider, in accordance with Squarespace's Privacy Policy.

Google (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Google Ads). We use Google Tag Manager to deploy measurement and marketing tags on the Site, including Google Analytics and Google Ads. These tools help us understand how visitors interact with the Site (page views, session data, product and behavior data) and measure the performance of our advertising. They collect your IP address and device or browser identifiers and transmit that data to Google, which may use it in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. To opt out of Google Analytics data collection, you may use the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-On or adjust your cookie preferences through our cookie consent banner.

Payment processors. When you place an order, your payment is processed by our payment provider (such as Stripe or PayPal) through Squarespace Commerce. These processors handle your card details directly. We do not store full card numbers.

Important: When you visit our Site, your IP address and device identifiers may be transmitted to the third-party services listed above. Where a cookie consent banner is in place, non-essential tracking scripts are blocked from running until you have given consent. Essential cookies necessary for Site functionality load automatically.

2d. Information From Third Parties

SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. All categories of data sharing described in this Policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Our Site uses HTTPS (secure transmission), and payment information is encrypted and handled by our payment processors.
